The Complications of Changing Magic

Eioth is crowned High King. The problem that has haunted the High Court elves has been answered. They all live happily ever after – right? Sadly no. During the Third Harvest celebration the weather spells shatter and Elemental Magic is rendered impotent. Widespread flooding endangers the citizens of the empire.
